For all orders over $120
If you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept a return of an unused product within 30 days of the purchase.
We will offer a complete refund until we obtain the returned item(s) in its original and non-damaged state (excluding shipping as we are unable to refund the initial shipping cost of your order). If the item delivered to you was defective, we will pay the return shipping costs and the shipping charges.
You have to pay for the shipping costs to return your purchase(s) if the item shipped to you is in excellent condition.
For products purchased by other businesses, manufacturers, distributors or other entities with whom Fetch N Buy is not affiliated. No refunds are going to be released.
Returned items must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition, they were received or may not be eligible for refund.
We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All goods will be inspected on return.
Depending on the processing time of the bank or credit card issuer, the refund amount can take up to 5-7 business days to be displayed in the bank account or card statement.
If you haven't received a refund yet, examine your bank/card statement carefully again.
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org after you have performed the above steps and your refund has not yet been received and then we will investigate it.
When the item is in excellent shape, you will be liable to pay the full return shipping expenses for the exchange of your order(s).
